Float switch

**Overview** This float switch offsets the weight of the guide pipe with a compression spring, utilizing the buoyancy of the float to push up and the weight of the float to push down. It detects the position of the float, which follows the liquid level, using a micro switch mechanism mounted on a sleeve, thereby obtaining ON-OFF signals. Since the sleeve is completely sealed, no steam or corrosive gases from the tank can enter the container housing the switch mechanism. By arbitrarily setting the float stopper, signals can be obtained at level positions that meet specifications. It is widely used for upper and lower limit alarms, pump control, valve opening and closing, and more.
